Microphone light

Hi. Could it be a possibility to get light permanent in the microphone for DB25D
I don't have any control over radio functions like that. Likely changeable in the firmware unless it's controlled by the circuitry inside the mic itself.
The radio provides power to the mic, 8v iirc, I'm sure it would be a fairly easy modification to run the leds permanently while the radio is powered on.
Although that is of course modifying the hardware so will void any warranty but it'll definitely be easier and quicker than getting Radioddity (actually Kydera) to update the firmware for that function option..
