From the Official CPS, it doesn't appear that AllCall will allow you to input the 'typical' ID of 167776415 as it only accepts 8 digits.
The value ranges are:
All call ID value range: 16777200~16777215
No address ID value range: 16777184~16777199
CPEditor only has Private and Group calls included as it is more for Amateur (HAM) Radio, but that also only allows 8 digits.
