• Fixed APRS TX Frequency - Frequency would show incorrect when reading from the radio. e.g 144.800000 -> 1448.00000

Currently working on adding new features such as adding/removing/editing of contacts, zones and channels.
Should hopefully make it slightly easier to use rather than relying on exporting to CSV - editing the CSV and then importing the CSV again
