Install CPEditor as a program and get easy access shortcuts on your Desktop and Start Menu!

- CPEditor:
- Added optional .cpe filetype, Associate this with CPEditor using the "Open With" option in Windows and CPEditor will automatically open the codeplug
- The codeplug files are still just a JSON file but with a different filetype that can make things easier when opening codeplugs.
