radioddity qb25 unable to read

hi all i'm new to ham and this is my first radio. i was sent here by radioddity because i couldn't get the factory software to install. i'm running windows 10pro. i was able to install codeplug editor with no problem and have no errors in device manger but unable to read. any suggestions would be great. thanks
