Hello,
When importing a contacts file that has no RX Groups defined, an error message states: "Index was outside the bounds of the array." The import seems to work fine otherwise.
Sample file:
Name,DMR ID,Type,RX Group
Audio Test,9999,Group,None

Import Contacts -> index outside bounds of array
Re: Import Contacts -> index outside bounds of array
I am having a problem trying to write the ham contacts.
I get the same error " Index was outside the bounds of the array" Perhaps these errors are related.
To reproduce this error :
Tools > Write Ham Contacts > Generate New Contact List
Error "Index was outside the bounds of the array" shows up in a Pop Up Window.
Click Continue in the Pop Up Window and now new window which used to have the list of countries to select from opens but there are no countries to select.
This error started after I connected an Open Box DB-40D which displayed only "Unprogrammed" on the radio for both A and B sides and I tried to read the GD-40.
The read did not work so I wrote a code plug that I saved from my GD-88 to the GD-40. After doing this I attempted to write the Ham Contacts which failed.
Now I get the this error when I try to write the Ham Contacts to my GD-88 or DB-25D or DB-40D. I'm wondering if the download from radio-id is failing?
Any Ideas what I can check on my end?

Re: Import Contacts -> index outside bounds of array
I suggest using genuine Excel to load your CSV file, then saving from Excel. Try loading the Excel saved file.I found using non MS spreadsheet software caused a similar problem with code plugs for me. See my post below.
