HAM CONTACTS Mistery Where is this ?

I have installed program in WIN Server 2022 DataCentre.
All goring well so far,

BUT............I cannot reproduce or see where is the contacts to be imported by country as the Wiki says, attachment herein.
Does anyone has any clue/s as to where this is at.

I have also installed in same machine the official Radioddity CPS but does not run. I suspect does not like WIN server.

Ham Contacts are accessed by the "Tools" menu bar option. Then "Write Ham Contacts"

This will bring up that window where you can select and upload the DMRID Database to the radio.

I tried using this option, but the download fails
"cannot download contact db database"
Any suggestion ?

Still works for me, May have been a server issue on their end.. or check your internet connection or anti-virus/malware for blocking the download.
