APRS fixed location not transfered correctly

I entered a fixed location (latitude and longitude) in the DB25-D factory CPS and sent the code plug to the radio. The radio transmitted the correct location. I read the radio with CPE version 3.1231.1. The fixed APRS location did not transfer to CPE correctly. Specifically, the latitude was correct but in CPE, the longitude appeared as 0.00000.
