I've got the most recent version of Codeplug Editor. I previously imported the list of BM TGs and contacts which are visible when I use the radio keyboard menu. Yet, when I read from the radio, none of these show up.

Ham Contacts and Ham Groups?
Those are stored in the radio separately from the codeplug, hence why they are written separately. While it would be possible to read those from the radio, due to the slow read/write speeds over the serial connection if you had the full DMR database of ~230k contacts it would take about an hour to read from the radio.. and another hour to write them back to the radio.
For that reason they are never read from the radio, when you want to update it you have to write the entire list again since it can't be updated, only overwritten.

Unless you are talking about the contacts from the main tabs, which then I'd need some more information to diagnose the issue.
