Hi all,
I get a read error with this new version of FW. I guess I could downgrade the FW to a previous version that is known to work with the CP editor but I wonder if that is the best solution. I wouldn't want to lose any benefits of the new FW, if there are any. And, if I wanted to go back to this new FW, there are no files on the Radio-oddity site. Seems like they don't know about this new FW. Comments? Am I missing something? The factory CPE isn't awful - I mean it's bad but this isn't my first DMR dance, so I've been able to figure it out.

New DB25-D with FW dated April 4 2022
Re: New DB25-D with FW dated April 4 2022
Radioddity assured me that the April 2022 and the December 2021 firmware is same. So I downgraded back to the December 2021 version and the editor now works perfectly. On the same day, David released a new version of the editor and that seems to work just fine too. Thanks David - your editor is so easy to use in comparison.

Thank you
I'm not sure if there are any significant changes between the firmware. Other than the firmware version number, which is what has broken the editor as the new firmware version number is longer than previous firmwares so the start of the codeplug data has shifted slightly, causing the editor to return an error.
I will issue an update to fix this in the next few days, once I return home from my holidays
