Wouldn't have thought it mattered, analog channels shouldn't use any of the DMR parameters.. but I've no analog repeaters within range so I can't really test it.
If that is the case though, I can easily change it to default to Double Slot for analog channels in the next update.

Re: Contact info not being applied in Channels (part4)
"Default Contact ID" cannot be higher than 255 due to a limitation on how the ID is stored in the radio. (stored as 1 byte, so only 0-255 is allowed) Originally it was stored as 2 bytes but when APRS was added, they are using 1 bit of the second byte to store the selected APRS channel. Th...

Re: Contact info not being applied in Channels (part4)
While looking at this, I noticed that too.. I'll look into it and see why. As for the main issue, see this; Screenshot 2025-03-10 195619.png Unfortunately the AnyTone Import was written before this issue was introduced. Hence why it allows importing more than 255 contacts. You can test this yourself...

Re: Error when opeing editor
Issue was that it wasn't appending the 'Hz' onto the value so setting the dropdown menu to 110.9 where it needs to be 110.9Hz.
This should now be fixed in the latest version ( 0.5.0308.2 )

Re: SAVING ERROR
There's another update coming that should help solve it, at least be able to see where the error is in order to fix it.
Plus support for the new firmwares and some other changes.

Re: COM Port issue
CHIRP ?
Have they added DMR support?
Or perhaps as I suspect.. you have the DB25-G, DB25 Pro or some other variation of the analog model?
This software only works with the DB25-D DMR Model.

Re: COM Port issue
What USB to Serial cable are you using? Prolific, FTDI etc? If it detects the COM port exists it should be able to open it, even if no description is shown. You could try manually changing the COM port from COM6 to something else.. 1,2,5 etc.. and see if that changes anything. Do this from Device Ma...

Re: GD 88 Won't read from radio
I am having an issue with not being able to read from the radio. I reset it to default. I am getting the error below attached.2025-01-28_12-18-27.jpg I did go into device manager and set the Com port to defaults. That means 9600 baud. Any ideas? de n3epy Looks like a similar issue I've had when rea...

Re: Microphone light
I don't have any control over radio functions like that. Likely changeable in the firmware unless it's controlled by the circuitry inside the mic itself. The radio provides power to the mic, 8v iirc, I'm sure it would be a fairly easy modification to run the leds permanently while the radio is power...
